TAK Music Venue is officially open!!! As of 6/10/2020, TAK Music Venue is being allowed to open at 25% capacity, in accordance with the State of Minnesota’s Stay Safe Plan. This equates to allowing 130 people in TAK for live performances, private events, company meetings, etc. We will post updates as allowed capacity limits change. We appreciate your patience as we were all waiting to get back to business! TAK is committed to opening safely and responsibly by adhering to public health recommendations. Original Statement:
In order to comply with the order from the Governor of Minnesota and to be socially responsible around concerns over the coronavirus, TAK Music Venue is closed until further notice. This is a rapidly evolving situation with new information daily, if not hourly. We will continue to comply with government regulations and be socially responsible in our decisions to conduct business. Our number one priority is the health and safety of our staff, entertainers, customers, event attendees and surrounding communities. As of today, several events scheduled to be held at TAK have been cancelled or postponed. Tickets that have been purchased for events will be honored on the rescheduled date or refunded in cases where the attendee is unable to attend the event on the new date. We are waiting to hear from some artists and event organizers about alternative dates for their events. Please check the TAK website at takmusicvenue.com or follow us on social media for updates. If you have questions about ticket refunds for concerts that were closed or postponed, please check to see if the tickets were purchased through TAK Music Venue’s Eventbrite platform. If they were purchased through our platform, refunds will be initiated immediately upon cancellation confirmation of the event. If tickets were purchased through another platform outside of TAK Music Venue’s Eventbrite platform, please contact them directly for refunds.
This is a very challenging time for everyone. The entertainment industry is feeling the effects of lost business due to the coronavirus as much as any other industry. We at TAK are confident that we will get through this and are looking forward to getting back to normal business operations as soon as possible. We are looking forward to seeing everyone as soon as possible. We are actively booking shows and events into the summer and beyond.
